| With this Whole Life Policy,
premium payments continue for 60 months at which time the policy is
"paid up." This policy includes a two-year
Incontestability Clause and a one-year Suicide Limitation Clause.
The death benefit of this policy grows at the rate of $50 per thousand per
year for the life of the policy beginning with the second policy
year.
This policy will be issued to anyone regardless of
health conditions. However, the death benefit during the first five
years will equal the premiums paid plus the guaranteed growth. After
the 5-year payment period, the death benefit converts to the full face
amount of the policy plus the guaranteed growth. The policy
includes an Accidental Death Benefit Rider.
